Jawdati is a mobile app that checks the speed of Algeria's Internet service. It takes the results of tests done by people who use electronic communication services and sends them to the ARPCE so they can be processed and analyzed. When these data are used to do studies and statistics, the ARPCE will be able to make the best choices to improve the quality of service (QoS) of Algeria's mobile and fixed communication network operators.
